How will my parcel be sent?
All our orders are packed and shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 24 hours of order being placed on our website, Orders are sent cash on delivery for our customers convenience.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with your tracking number.
Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?
Please contact us within 30 days after placing your order – we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
